Steve is a lifelong resident of our area, having been raised in Yorktown. He graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He also earned his Professional Engineer's (P.E.) License for the State of Virginia. At every opportunity, Steve continues his education-particularly about our industry. His commitment to lifelong learning is only one of the high standards he holds of himself and the people that work for PHA!
Fulfilling a lifelong dream of entrepreneurship, Steve purchased PHA in 1992. At that time, the company employed 8, it now employs 40. Steve directly oversees PHA's daily operations and truly is the backbone of our company.
