Dear PHA,
We would like to thank the entire PHA team for making the installation of our Trane system the absolute best experience we have ever had with any contractor.
Tom was the most knowledgeable and technically proficient estimator / sales person that we have encountered. He listened to our needs, measured air ducts in basement and attic, and created a system that was correctly sized, very competitively priced and clearly the best technical solution of the three bids that we received. Fay worked around our vacation time to schedule the installation and provide us with temporary AC for our bedroom. The installation team was even better; they were timely, friendly, communicative, customer service oriented, and they installed the system even better than it was designed and sold to us. It is a work of art that functions better than we could have imagined. The three zone fully communicating system is fantastic. It's quiet and keeps every part of our home extremely comfortable day and night in this 100 degree heat.

My wife and I want to tell you what a pleasant experience it has been having your company install a new heating and air system in our home. Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly, courteous and very professional. Cindy, who worked around our requirements to schedule, Tom who explained what was available and helped us select the system, and especially John and Mike who installed the units. Dear PHA,
The installation is very well done and reflects a good professional ethic and service. I would like to thank Jon and Jeremy especially for doing such a great job as well as helping my mother-in-law with a few minor problems in our absence. They respected our belongings when they had to come into the house for the installation. As you know, we were gone for most of the process and were not keen on having the work done in that time period. I have to say despite my reservations on doing it in our absence; I feel Jon and Jeremy are honorable men that do very good work. I am pleased with the outcome.

Dear PHA,
I wish to commend Kevin and TJ on the excellent job they did in replacing my heat pump. Their approach to the job and the efficient completion of the installation was an excellent reflection on PHA. The (original) unit was installed in 1991 by PHA, when the company was in the hands of the previous owner. The unit had been very sloppily installed and demonstrated poor workmanship. I wish to commend you in the turnaround in the performance of your company. The main reason I came to PHA was the way your service personnel have performed the twice yearly service on my old unit. They are very professional. Also, knowing the owner is a Professional Engineer led me to believe that your company would exhibit a good engineering approach.

Dear PHA,
Just when I thought my letter writing days of accolades were over for PHA, along comes another opportunity. Last week amidst the latest nor’easter, our power went out. The generator chimed in right on schedule! But, we noticed a lack of heat. I called Terry and expected the usual, a technician to come over, crawl under the house and we would be good to go. Not this time, a new face appeared in the form of Craig Cordle. As with all your staff, he was cordial and fixed the problem. Craig was wonderful and we just wanted to pass this on to you. At the same time, David Shields has been pricing out a replacement unit for us. Your staff has been great to us as I’m sure other customers as well.

We want to thank you and your staff for the outstanding work done by your company at our home this past week. We were all expecting the job to be fairly straightforward, but as you know, it turned out to be anything but simple. We especially commend Charlie, Chris and Bill. Each was friendly, polite, and extremely professional. Most importantly, we felt that all displayed a genuine desire to do the very best work they could. We know this job turned out to be far more demanding than anticipated, but the guys took on the task as if it were a personal challenge to each of them. It was fun to watch their skills at work. They always took time to show and explain things to us, and repeatedly asked if their work met with our approval.
